The times they are a changin’

I’ve decided to completely overhaul my website and start using WordPress as a CMS/portfolio base.

It’s quite a drastic change, but one that I think is a good idea. Whilst it’s good to have complete control over how everything works, WordPress is advanced enough to make it worth using. The options for customisation are almost limitless and the scope for expansion is huge. It saves a lot of time in not having to write my own system, either, and provides an easy way to upload, organise and display things.

So that’s what’s going down here at the moment. If things start changing randomly, it’s just me fiddling about, trying to get my own them and style to work.
